In a context where production plants needs to reduce their impact on the environment, we offer the possibility with our unpacking product/bag separation machine, to recover, recycle non-compliant products coming from the production lines. The products are poured in bulk into a hopper which will redirect the whole lot to a separation chamber, thus allowing the product to be separated cleanly and without making confetti from its packaging. An evacuation is dedicated to each element, i.e. you can recover the product on one side to either reintegrate it into the packaging process, or recover it in another sector, and recover on another outlet, empty packaging and also recycle them properly. This application can be applied in different fields, such as powder products, biscuit, confectionery, pet food and other fields. The installation of this machine is very simple and does not involve wearing parts to be changed regularly.
